* Please be aware if your country collects taxes for parcels coming in from Singapore, I will not be responsible for any additional tax needed.

Feel free to drop me a message at yeureiart@gmail.com or with the contact form if you have any questions!

It is highly recommended that you opt for Registered Shipping especially for larger orders as there will be no refunds/claims in the case of untracked mails being misplaced by the delivery service.

Notice for paper products (registered mail) to the USA.

Processing Time

Instocks will generally be shipped out in 1-7 business days and preorders will be packed and sent out as soon as they reach me. These may fluctuate by 1-5 days based on the order volume, especially for preorders as they may take some time to be packed and shipped!

Estimated Delivery (Domestic/Singapore)

Untracked/Registered mail is stated to be delivered in 2-5 working days and Speedpost (Standard) in 1 working day.

Estimated Delivery (International)

Numbers stated are all in working days.
I cannot guarantee the punctuality as they are all directly taken from Singpost's website and are subjected to unexpected delays especially with COVID. International deliveries (excluding couriers) may take up to 8-12 weeks to reach the recipient if the post offices are held up, it is not a valid reason to demand a refund within that timeframe.

Express/Courier options like EMS/DHL/SF Express are available, do contact me through the contact form or yeureiart@gmail.com if you wish to opt for those! (the fees usually fluctuate around SGD40 to 80, delivery will take around 1 to 3 working days for DHL)

Wonderful Print, Not So Great Packing

This print is absolutely gorgeous! It is by far one of my favorite pieces of artwork to have originated from the Genshin fandom. However, I do have a few issues with how it was packed.

This was my first time ordering a large print from Yeurei and the tube arrived with mild damage on one end. The plastic caps that are usually paired with these tubes were replaced with a layer of paper and tape. Essentially, the length of the poster was almost exactly the length of the tube, giving it very little to no buffer against damage at both ends. (Everything was shipped together in a polymailer bag.)

I managed to fix some of the damage and they're easier to overlook now, but I honestly would have paid more if there was an option to ship it flat or lightly rolled in a box. Anything that could have offered more protection for the poster.

Hi,

Thank you so much for the support!
If there's problems with your print (ie. arrived damaged) you can contact us through the message form and we will do our best to fix the issue ^^

Unfortunately we have sent out large prints flat/rolled in a box before and they didn't work out well either as the mail delivery process could get violent sometimes and ended up creasing the prints too :'(

We will definitely take the feedback into account and try to improve the packaging further!

Cheers,
Yeurei
