Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final and non-refundable, exchanges are possible for apparel sizes as long as there's availability.
Exchange Costs & Conditions
✈️ Cost: All shipping fees involved in the exchange are to be covered by the customer.
🩰 Item Condition: The item returned to us for the exchange has to be in resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, unscented, etc.) with all tags and packaging intact.
Product availability cannot be guaranteed for exchanges. We will do our best to fulfil them but there might be cases where the desired product variation is sold out, in these cases we will discuss options for compensations.
Preorders
Preorders are strictly non-refundable once the preorder period is over, by purchasing products labelled as a preorder you automatically agree to the waiting time required. The estimated shipping date will be stated in the description, however those may be subjected to delays or early arrivals. As a small business preorders help us make new things, we kindly seek for your understanding when purchasing preorder items!
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery with pictures if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. If we determine that there is an issue with the product we will do our best to make it right.
Please do not remove the tags on apparels before confirming that there are no defects with your item.
Cancellations
Instock products can be cancelled within 3 hours from purchase or before they are shipped, once past that they are non-cancellable.
You may contact us at yeureiart@gmail.com to cancel your preorder when the preorder is still ongoing (ie. the product runs from 1 January to 10 January, cancellation is possible within the designated period however once it passes refunds will not be processed).
Please do not file chargebacks in attempt to circumvent refund windows and policies. We are a small business, chargebacks cost us a lot of fees and will put us in the negatives for the order. Evidences will be submitted to the bank that you have ticked the box at checkout saying you agree to the terms.
