FAQ

  • When will my order be shipped?

    Instocks will be shipped in 1-7 business days, for preorder items please refer to their individual item description for the estimated dispatch date.

    If you have both instocks + preorders in a single receipt, they will only be shipped when every item on the list are ready.

    However during busier periods when there are more orders coming in it might get delayed a little (~7 days), thank you for the patience in advance as we work to get your package out as soon as possible without errors!

  • What is the status of my preorder?

    Before contacting us please do check the Preorder Status page.

    Estimated shipping date for all preorder items will ALWAYS be stated in the description so please check!

    Only in the case of heavy unexpected delays that the buyers will be contacted, otherwise should the preorder be going according to plan (meeting the estimated shipping date provided) you will only be notified when the order is shipped. I kindly ask for your patience as the timeframe is stated for a reason since preorders are made-to-order and production + shipping to my side + time needed for us to pack and send out have all been taken into account while deciding the date.

  • How long does it take for the parcel to reach me?

    Due to COVID slowing shipments down, I am unable to give an accurate estimation and can only provide what is stated on Singpost's website (see here). The timings are all subjected to delays unfortunately depending on how busy it is (ie. holiday season greatly delays international parcels). Domestic orders usually gets delivered in 1-5 business days!

  • I have yet to receive my parcel! Can you check it for me?


    I'm really sorry about that!

    For untracked mails I have no means of checking it as the moment I dropped it off at the post office it is out of my control and they are unable to track it as well in the case of lost mails.

    For registered mails (tracked), I will contact the Singpost with your tracking number and they usually take around 3-7 days for a response and up to 3 weeks for actions to be taken. If the parcel is confirmed to be lost by them, I will then submit a claim and process the refund for you or send out a new one, whichever you prefer. If your parcel's tracking shows that it has already reached your country, it would be more efficient to contact your local post office directly regarding the problems.

    It is highly recommended to upgrade to Registered Shipping if possible as I do not take any liabilities for lost untracked mails, it's within the buyer's responsibilities to opt for the desired shipping option after understanding the risks.

    Unfortunately for international shipments they can be very prone to delays as the parcel might be held up at the customs etc. for quite a while sometimes, we kindly ask for your patience!

  • I made an error selecting the order options/keyed in the wrong address, is it still possible to change them?

    Yes as long as the order hasn’t been shipped out yet! Please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll note it down in your order for you.

  • I want to cancel my order

    If your order consists of instocks only please contact me within 2 hours of purchase.

    For preorders:

    - If the item description didn't state an end period for when will preorders close, they can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase only.

    - If the item description stated the end period for preorders closing (ie. Closing on 2 December), they can be cancelled anytime before the deadline reaches.

  • My order hasn't been shipped out yet, can I place another one and have them shipped together?

    During store reopenings/new preorder launches it's preferred if you can place your orders together as the inbox usually gets very hectic during these periods and emails can be missed out/sent to spam and get buried.

    However yes, you can place a separate order first and email me at yeureiart@gmail.com with both order numbers stating that you wish to combine them together! I will then refund you the excess shipping fees once I see the email.

  • Can I request to have you sign on the print?

    Yes, do leave a request in order remarks if desired! It will be signed with either black/gold/silver marker depending on the print material. However in the unlikely case that I forgot/missed the note to sign, it is not liable for a wrong item claim.

    By default the signatures will be on the back of the print, if you want it to be on the front please specify!

  • Will you be having __ item in a different size/option?

    If there’s enough interest/possibility I would definitely look into it! Feel free to message me anytime to suggest the options you want if interested :)

  • Gift wrapping and packaging

    I don't do extra wrapping for gifts (ie. wrapping paper) as of now.

  • [SG ONLY] Can I pay using Paynow/PayLah/Google Pay?

    Yes, you can place the order choosing "iBanking" as the payment option first and email me at yeureiart@gmail.com or DM me on twitter (@yeurei) stating that you wish to pay by the above methods. You can also contact me before submitting the order and I'll let you know where to transfer to!
