When will my order be shipped?

Instocks will be shipped in 1-4 business days during non-peak period, for preorder items please refer to their individual item description for the estimated dispatch date.

If you have both instocks + preorders in a single receipt, they will only be shipped when every item on the list are ready.

During busier periods when there are more orders coming in it might get delayed a little (~7 days), thank you for the patience in advance as we work to get your package out as soon as possible without errors!

How long does it take for the parcel to reach me?

You can refer to the Shipping Info page (see here) for estimated transit time provided by Singpost!

They could be subjected to unexpected delays especially during busier seasons (ie. holidays).

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes as long as your country is receiving packages from Singapore!

If you are unable to checkout normally for shipment via regular shipping you can contact us through the message form to see if there's courier options (DHL/UPS).

My tracking says "Delivered" but I do not see my parcel!

We recommend first checking possible locations of where the parcel could be left at (ie. front door, mailroom, etc.) and with other people living in the same household to see if the parcel was collected!

If the parcel is still missing you can contact your local post office to check with them (for orders outside of Singapore) to see if there's mistakes with the tracking.

For US orders in particular, USPS handles the packages after they arrive in the country and the delivery is GPS-tracked meaning the postal code of where it was marked delivered will be reflected in the tracking history.

We cannot be responsible for packages stolen from mailbox/front door/etc. after confirmed delivery due to non-collection :"(

Will I have to pay custom fees/VATs for my order?

If you reside outside of Singapore custom fees may be imposed on your parcel depending on your country's regulations after shipment!

The customer is to be responble for any custom fees incurred, we recommend checking up on the guidelines for your country if unsure.

Should the parcel be returned back to us due to unpaid fees we can only offer a refund excluding shipping fees that were paid.

My Order

Can I combine 2 orders into 1 shipment?

During store reopenings/new preorder launches it's preferred if you can place your orders together as the inbox usually gets very hectic during these periods and emails can be missed out/sent to spam and get buried!

You can place a separate order first and email us at with both order numbers stating that you wish to combine them together. We will then refund you the excess shipping fees once we see the email! (Please ensure that the first order hasn't been shipped yet, if you're unsure I recommend dropping us a message on Twitter/Instagram first for a quick check)

I made an error in the selection/used the wrong address!

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will see if the order is still editable! Once they are shipped it is too late :(

My order arrived faulty/has missing items!

Please attach pictures of the order you received and send us an email at! We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We are a small business hence returns and exchanges may cause us to lose more than we originally earned, hence it would be greatly appreciated if purchases were made carefully!

Exchanges are strictly limited to size changes only, we can arrange for one (customer is to be responsible for any shipping or custom fees incurred)! Returns and exchanges for a different variation (ie. character) will not be accepted.

Can I cancel my order?

Instock purchases can be cancelled as long as they haven't been shipped, once they are collected by the postal service it's non-cancelable!

Preorder items can only be cancelled during the preorder period stated (ie. 1 January to 10 January), once preorder closes we will submit the numbers to the manufacturer so they can't be cancelled anymore.


Can you sign on the print?

Yes, do leave a request in order remarks if desired! It will be signed with a gold marker on the back by default. However in the unlikely case that I forgot/missed the note to sign, it is not liable for a wrong item claim.

If you want the signature to be on the front do specify!

The order is a gift

Yeurei does not offer any gift wrapping services as of now!

The value of the order has to be declared accurately on custom form for us to ship the parcel, hence if you'd like to have the order as a gift and hide the amount we suggest removing the mailer after receiving.
