For orders going to the EU/UK do note that you will have to pay for VATs after the parcel is processed at the customs.
There will be no refunds/claims in the case of untracked mails being misplaced by the delivery service.

Processing Time
On regular days instocks will be shipped within 1-3 business days and preorders will be packed and sent out as soon as they reach me. During store updates/reopenings the processing time for instocks may increase by 5-10 days depending on the order volume!

Estimated Delivery (International)
Estimations are provided by Singpost, do note that they may be prone to fluctuations! There have been rare occasions where deliveries to the United States (excluding couriers) may take up to 8-12 weeks to reach the recipient.
Express/Courier options like UPS/DHL/SF Express are available, do contact me through the contact form or yeureiart@gmail.com if you wish to opt for those! (the fees usually fluctuate around SGD40 to 80 for 2-5 working days.)

Customs and Duties/Taxes
International orders are subjected to taxes based on the country's guidelines. Do look up on them if you're unsure!
The buyer is to be responsible for any taxes imposed on the order due to each country's regulations as well as to shoulder the shipping costs in the case that the parcel got returned back to me due to incorrect address/failed delivery/non-collection.
